Inside Sales Representative

- Holder of a degree in Business Administration, Education, Mass Communication, Engineering (preferably BS IE), or other related courses.
- Preferably with minimum of 2 years working experience in sales, BPO, marketing, product marketing, training and development, specially on technology products and solutions.
Principal functions
- Responsible in connecting to prospective clients, and sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails for C&E ALS for Canvas by Instructure.
- Inbound Calls (Dials) : Contacts potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Outbound Calls (Discussions) : As an SDR, he or she is able to answer basic questions about products (solutions) or the company.
- Generate leads.
- Cold callings to qualify prospect clients
- Reaches out to both existing and potential clients
- Offers and matches products and solutions based on client needs
- Directs all prospects and leads to the sales team
