Job Summary:

Responsible for handling outbound and inbound customer engagements—via phone calls, emails, and online platforms—to promote and sell Ford genuine parts. Provides basic product information, responds to online inquiries, generates leads, and builds long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through digital channels such as website inquiries, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote Ford genuine parts and accessories.
  • Build and maintain a database of customers across Luzon.
  • Prepare quotations and sales orders.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and expediter for parts availability, order status and delivery timelines.
  • Assist in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate to the Supervisor when needed.
