Role Name: Virtual Sales Assistant - Real Estate Coaching & Speaking Engagements

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm - Texas - CDT 

Step into an exciting Virtual Sales Assistant role where you'll be the crucial first point of contact for prospects interested in life-changing real estate investment education. This dynamic position combines inbound lead qualification with proactive outbound prospecting, making it perfect for sales professionals who thrive in diverse calling environments. You'll work directly with company leadership to convert social media leads into program enrollments while simultaneously securing high-value speaking engagements. This role offers the perfect blend of relationship building, sales conversion, and business development in the thriving real estate education industry.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify prospects who have engaged with social media advertisements and provided their contact information

  • Conduct engaging qualification conversations to understand prospects' real estate investment goals and motivations

  • Guide qualified leads through the sales process, including program enrolment and scheduling personalized consultation calls

  • Execute outbound calling campaigns to real estate offices, schools, and colleges to secure speaking opportunities

  • Maintain professional communication through both phone calls and video conferences when required

  • Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel

  • Collaborate directly with company leadership to optimize lead conversion strategies and processes

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with strong focus on lead qualification and conversion

  • Excellent communication skills with confident and professional phone presence

  • Comfortable appearing on video calls and building rapport through virtual interactions

  • Experience with outbound calling, cold outreach, and handling objections professionally

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup

  • Bright, sharp, and confident personality with natural sales instincts
