Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Outbound Enrollment Specialist to support a targeted compliance project focused on collecting HIPAA authorization forms from existing patients. This role involves outbound communication with patients who have caregivers listed as account managers but lack the required authorization documentation. Your work will ensure proper documentation is in place to meet HIPAA standards and organizational compliance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach to patients to request and collect required HIPAA authorization forms.

  • Clearly explain the purpose and importance of the authorization form to patients or their representatives.

  • Track and manage form collection activities using internal systems and tools.

  • Verify that returned forms are completed accurately and meet compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate issues or incomplete documentation as needed.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.

  • Report progress and key metrics to project leads.

  • Collaborate with U.S.-based team leads for guidance and project alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, enrollment, patient services, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to follow compliance protocols.

  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA or healthcare documentation is a plus.

Additional Details:

  • This is a project-specific role focused on regulatory documentation collection.
