Sales and Marketing Admin Support (Onsite)

Job Description:  

  • Complete all required sales and marketing forms and reports accurately and on time.
  • Organize and maintain structured filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
  • Process listing files from start to finish with 100% compliance with company standards.
  • Create property listings, including designing flyers and setting up online advertisements.
  • Edit and enhance listing photos to ensure visual appeal and professionalism.
  • Conduct weekly audits of active listings to verify they are current and properly displayed online.
  • Allocate incoming email correspondence to the appropriate property files for streamlined tracking and follow-up.
  • Manage and coordinate property listings and support marketing tasks and campaigns for commercial properties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, or any related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience working with Australian Real Estate Sales/Marketing team.
  • Experience in using Sales CRMs.
  • Experienced or comfortable in using Mac computer.
  • Experience with Commercial Real Estate is a plus.
  • Self-starter and fast learner with proven ability to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
