  • Manage Office supplies stocks and ordering
  • Maintain and update company databases (company equipment like office use)
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Managing Government Permits and Licenses
  • Maintain a company calendar and all necessary activities
  • Support various teams within the organization as needed, including but not limited to Human Resource, Finance and Marketing.
  • Take dictation or minutes and accurately enter data
  • Coordinate work space, computer and supplies for new employees
  • In charge of preventive maintenance of aircon, printers, PCs etc.
  • Monitor & oversee preventive maintenance of the company car
  • Other duties as assigned

Admin Officer Job Qualifications

  • College Graduate in Bus. Administration or relevant role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues across different departments
