General Trade Manager

A. GENERAL FUNCTIONS
To facilitate and ensure the achievement of sales, distribution, merchandising, and collection targets on the assigned covered areas every month within the set standards.
Specific Functions:
*Sales Generation
Implements, executes and coordinates appropriate and timely monitoring and evaluation of sales data and facilitates coming up with strategic interventions to
eliminate performance gaps
Ensures proper maintenance and optimum deployment of trade assets and POP materials to the trade.
Work with, (field work) with sales team 4 times week and provide work with findings
to immediate superior
Managing of Account Receivables and Trade Relations
o Facilitates and ensures proper and timely sales collections within the assigned area
coverage by implementing standard credit policies and collections policies and procedures
Ensures quality customer services and execution of appropriate trade services are provided to customers by conducting spot checking and gathering of customer feedback through regular strategic site/customer visits;
Ensures consistent execution of ethical and professional trade services to customers on behalf of Nestle
Facilitates and ensures the compliance of all Sales Team to the standard Business
Principles in all their transactions to customers.
*Sales Reporting
o Facilitates and ensuresproper utilization, analysis and management of sales data o
Facilitates and ensures timely and accurate preparation of sales figures and analysis
to provide strategic and analytical business perspective for the distributor and the principal
*Customer Management
Ensures quality customer services and execution of appropriate trade services are
provided to customers by conducting spot checking and gathering of customer feedback through regular strategic site/customer visits; (validations/trade audits at
least 3 times a month) refer attached template above
*People Management
Conducts and facilitates regular reviews and coaching to sales team to continuously improve team performance towards achieving sales targets and required
performance competencies: (standard requirement of 4 times a week work with, with reports update on the In-Call Execution)
Facilitates and ensures documentation of best practices as well as of negative
experiences to enhance future plans and programs towards achieving performance
targets;
Facilitates and ensures identification of team development needs, opportunities and strategic actions to achieve performance targets;
Facilitates and executes regular Sales Team performance appraisals and assessments in line with DPMS guidelines
Facilitates and ensures addressing of gaps and maximizing opportunities to ensure
attainment of performance objectives;
Facilitates and ensures on time implementation and high-quality execution of Cycle Plans and other initiatives that drive POP
Provides and executes regular and consolidated updates, reports, evaluation and feedback to TMAS and Area Sales Manager/ Site Operations Manager
Key Result Areas
A. KRA Performance Assessment
- Achievement of KRAS will be assessed every month:
Non-achievement of the required monthly KRAS in three consecutive months in a year is considered as failure in performing his/her roles/functions as General Trade Manager and will be subjected to Performance Review/Re-assessment which may lead to possible Employment Dismissal due to poor performance.

Achievement NPS sell-in and sell-out targets
Achievement of business plans based on set strategies
Consistent application of standards and policies on Field Management
Achievement of Merchandising and Market Hygiene performance targets set by channels and customer teams
Achievement and execution of Account Collections and Accounts Receivables Management
Execution of effective reportage, feedback & communication to Distributor Management

Required Qualifications
Graduate of any related college degree
Minimum of 4 years Operational planning and administration experience/exposure
distribution or sales in business environment
Preferably with strong business management background experience/exposure.
Strong leadership skills
Knowledge of functional roles in the organization
Understanding of Marketing objectives, strategies and action plans
Understanding of competitive trade and Industry structures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
