Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Labor Relations Manager, based in Cubao. The Labor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and fostering positive labor and employee relations, addressing and resolving grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role includes developing strategies and policies to promote a harmonious work environment and guiding management and employees on labor-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing labor negotiations
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
  • Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law and its practical applications
  • Expertise in resolving workplace Grievances effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in labor relations is an advantage
  • Experience in labor relations within a service or contracting context is preferred
