Employee Relations Staff

Job Description:
- Prepares and issues memos (Notice to Explain, disciplinary, suspension, and termination), conducts investigations, ensures due process, and updates disciplinary records in the HR system.
- Handles employee concerns, conducts exit interviews and orientations, facilitates engagement and retention programs, and proposes process improvements to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Generates and submits regular HR reports (violations, exits, separations), monitors attendance and health-related absences, coordinates with departments and payroll, and ensures compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, HRDM or related courses
- With at least 2 years of experience handling employee/labor relations
- Basic knowledge of Labor Laws, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), good interpersonal and conflict management skills
