  • Receive and handle export booking and ensure all shipments (Job Orders) are recorded.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments any special instruction arrangement or inquiries from Shipper, Service Provider or Agent.
  • Request Shippers/Brokers export documents such as Invoice and Packing List, Proforma BL, Export Shipping Instruction Template, Export Declaration, Export Tally Sheet for BL preparation.
  • Prepare Proforma BL, HBL or Certificate of Origin (CO) based on the documents provided by the Shippers/Brokers.
  • Coordinate with Shippers/Brokers/Agents any discrepancy found in the documents.
  • Submit Proforma BL to Shipping Lines/Master Loaders and request copy of MBL.
  • Prepare Profit and Loss Statement.
  • Submit pre-alert to Agents.
  • Prepare documents for CO processing of with Bureau of Customs (BOC), once done send the CO to Consignees/Shippers.
  • Request shipping details/billings from shipping lines or master loader.
  • Request for payment of Freight and Local charges and ensure settlement before due date to avoid extra charges.
  • Provide complete set of documents to Accounting Department for billing.
  • Ensure collection of payment from Shippers/Broker prior release of HB/L.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Surveyor and FDD Import/Export CFS Assistant for stuffing schedule/report and cargo photos.
  • Provides vessel delays or advisories to clients/agents upon receipt of same from Carriers, Master loaders and agents, and provides complete and error-free cargo monitoring sheet as required by clients or agents until vessel arrival
  • Request documents such BIR Registration and PEZA Zero rating certificate from Shippers/Brokers.
