Operations Assistant – Pre-advise (Shifting Schedule)

J_ob Function:_

  • Receiving of documents for Container Deposit Refund.
  • Pre-advise for Empty Return and Export Delivery.
  • Preparing of Special Permit to Load (SPL) for North and South.
  • Receiving of Export Docs/Arastre.
  • Preparing of Export Docs to CCCD/BOC.
  • Reporting for Empty Evacuation Plan (North and South).

Operations Assistant – EQC

  • Long stay monitoring (Discharged/CNEE's Premises).
  • Weekly report of LS containers to TPE HQ.
  • Sending demand letters to clients (Discharged/CNEE's Premises)
  • Sending report of LS Containers to every POL.
  • Sending email to POL in every abandonment letter received.
  • Report to TPE HQ every 15th & 30th for those gated out but still unreturned.
  • Securing abandonment letters/WSD (Warrant of Seizure and Detention) and Alert Order from the consignee.
  • Filing of police report.
  • Applying DEM discount for long stay shipments.

Operations Assistant – M&R

  • Sending of estimate of repairs to principal.
  • Checking of EOR approval from principal.
  • Update Maritime Cargo & Container Handling Inc. daily monitoring report.
  • Provide advance billing of repair/cleaning charges.
  • Responsible for repo claim billing.
  • Answers queries from consignee/broker regarding repair.
  • Extract reefer list for sending to vendor.
  • Check billing of vendor for their rendered services.
  • Provide weekly report to principal.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
