- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval of information.
- Tracking and Monitoring: Monitoring document workflows, tracking document status, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Quality Control: Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines and standards.
- Communication and Collaboration: Interacting with internal teams, external parties, and customers to gather information and address document-related inquiries.
- Compliance: Ensuring all documentation complies with relevant policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
