DUTIES:

● Oversee on-site event execution as needed and act as a point of contact for clients and internal

departments

● Respond to incoming event inquiries and qualify leads based on client needs and venue capabilities.

● Support the Events Manager and Sales team in creating proposals, contracts, and client

correspondence.

● Assist in the transition from sales to execution by ensuring all event details are documented and

communicated clearly.

● Collaborate with the Events Manager to implement sales and marketing strategies to drive event

bookings.

● Attend local networking events, showcases, or expos to represent the venue and generate leads.

● Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.

● Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.

● Review and maintain accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) that reflect client needs and venue

capabilities.

● Coordinate logistics with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution

● Supervise and support event associates/banquet coordinators, or interns as needed.

● Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, client feedback, and vendor details.

● Help track KPIs and sales metrics to inform team strategy and monthly reporting.
