The  Events Manager manages the complete process of an event including planning stage, running the actual event itself and the post-event evaluation. He/she manages operational and administrative functions to ensure events are delivered efficiently. He/she ensures that events attract the right audience and are in line with the company's overall marketing strategy and business objectives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities


• Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts

  • Handling budgeting and invoicing
  • Liaising and negotiating with vendors
  • Negotiating sponsorship deals
  • Handling logistics
  • Updating senior management
  • Managing branding and communication
  • Developing event feedback surveys
  • Obtaining permits
  • Handling post-event reports
  • Facilitates various meetings with other departments such as Sales, Sales Support, and/or Project Development as he/she perceives necessary
  • Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other associates, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
