- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy, organized, and customer-service oriented
- Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City
Job Summary
Act as an Admin Support/Receptionist of to manage front desk operations, provide administrative assistance, and support logistical needs across various departments. The main role of Admin Support/Receptionist is to ensure a smooth communication, secure office access, and efficient coordination of company resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and place calls, assess their importance, and relay messages to the appropriate officers and employees.
- Maintain and update the telephone directory, including contact numbers and addresses of company's necessary contacts.
- Attend to visitors and coordinate their needs with the concerned officers and/or employees
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming documents.
- Inform the concerned employees of deliveries (e.g., materials and equipment)
- Monitor and control access to the office via the reception desk.
- Maintain the visitor logbook and follow safety protocols to ensure office security.
- Assist in processing and requesting project-related cash advances, liquidations, and reimbursements.
- Handle weekly petty cash for the operations department.
- Manage transportation requests, including driver schedules, car rentals, and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist in booking land/air travel and hotel accommodations.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Other Details:
- Work Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM - Monday to Friday
- Work Location: Full on-site in Cubao, Quezon City
