Brief Description Of Work and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in process audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and client requirements.
  • Helps analyzing workflow performance and identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate with operations, training, and management teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to teams or individuals based on QA findings and performance results.
  • Track, measure, and report key quality metrics (e.g., accuracy rate, defect rate, turnaround time).
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement improvement plans.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of quality improvement initiatives and new process implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and client-specific requirements.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and insights to management for decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
