
Contact Center Process Associate

Job Summary:
The Contact Center Process Associate serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support across various communication channels. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Resolve product or service concerns by identifying the issue, determining the cause, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product information, promotions, and relevant company policies.
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or cards line of business.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Work Setup:
- Onsite work arrangement (Taguig City or Pasay City).
- Must be willing to work during Australian business hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php29,000.00 per month
