The role is part of ING Hubs FM and Reconciliation Epertise team. As an epertise team member, the incumbent will have to:

Collaborate with Global Derivatives team, Tribe, ING Hubs FM Derivatives team on change initiatives, and process issues, and contributes to the change roadmap as well as resolution to comple

  • issues.
  • Gather data and analyze huge sets of data that can be used for sound decision making
  • Provides support to multiple services/products/processes by taking on and being responsible for associated organizational/process management related or operational tasks.
    Has knowledge of the internal and e- ternal market, associated risk and control and integrates this knowledge into day-to-day activity. Understands the mission and vision of the company and how the department contributes to that. Acts in line with ING rules and policies.

The level is defined based on a combination of A. proven years of eperience; B. scope; C. compleity and D. risk level.
