Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Associate based in Taguig. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing and drafting legal motions and documents, attending court hearings and depositions, and providing strategic counsel on case developments. The role involves representing clients in legal proceedings and assisting in the litigation process to deliver superior results.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in core legal principles and processes, including knowledge of Law and Courts.
  • Strong skills in drafting and filing legal Motions and other relevant legal documentation.
  • Experience in conducting in-depth legal Research to support case strategy.
  • Competence in managing Depositions and other case-related proceedings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must either be a licensed attorney in the Philippines or an underbar applicant.
  • Previous experience in litigation or relevant legal practice is an advantage.
