Our client, a multinational leader in fleet performance management, is establishing its operations in the Philippines and is currently hiring members for the pioneer team.
As a People and Capability (P&C) Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting global HR operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience across the business. You will be the central point of contact for HR administration requests, providing responsive service and accurate support while championing the company's values, culture, and brand. This role partners closely with the People Team and senior leaders to streamline processes, drive compliance, and enable a positive workplace environment in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central contact for HR administration requests, providing generalist support and triaging queries.
- Manage HR requests through the Jira board and maintain up-to-date information on EHUB for leaders' self-service needs.
- Support HR operations globally, including:
- HRIS systems and Workday requirements
- Onboarding and offboarding processes
- Contractual changes and payroll coordination
- Reporting, data insights, and compliance (e.g., 201 forms)
- Vendor identification and management
- Champion and role model company culture, values, and brand through everyday work.
- Share proactive insights to strengthen company culture as the business grows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery across teams.
Job Qualifications
- Certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and/or business administration.
- Understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in a high-change, fast-paced growth environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience in global and/or growth-oriented companies preferred.
- Technology sector, Agile ways of working, and Workday experience advantageous.
