POSITION: HR Payroll Officer SALARY: Php30,000-Php35,000 (Negotiable) INDUSTRY: Manufacturing Company WORK LOCATION: Zambales WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday WORK SET UP: Work on site BENEFITS: ✨ Daily Meal Allowance ✨13th Month pay ✨Government Benefits ✨Annual Bonus ✨Performance based increase JOB REQUIREMENTS ✨Bachelor degree in Human Resource or any related field ✨With 1 to 3 years’ experience in Payroll Processing ✨Knowledgeable in payroll software or timekeeping system. ✨Amenable to attend face to face interview ✨Can start As soon as possible JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ✨Prepare, process, and verify employee payroll on a scheduled basis, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. ✨ Accurately calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, allowances, and statutory deductions in compliance with company policies and regulations. ✨ Maintain and update payroll records, employee profiles, and timekeeping data to ensure completeness and accuracy. ✨ Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, addressing employee salary-related inquiries promptly and professionally. ✨ Organize and maintain employee files, contracts, and confidential HR documents in a secure and compliant manner.
