Position: HR Officer-Payroll
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Subic, Zambales
Salary: Php 25,000
Schedule: Monday - Saturday
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, psychology, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 1-3 years of experience in processing Payroll
• Knowledgeable in payroll software or timekeeping system.
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Can start As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Monitor and validate employee timecards or attendance records to ensure accurate pay.
• Maintaining accurate employee data in payroll systems, including personal details, salary changes, leaves, and deductions.
• Resolving the employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related matters.
• Work with HR software to ensure payroll systems are up to date, troubleshooting any issues and implementing necessary updates
• Other HR payroll task assigned.
