We're Hiring: Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and capable of leading teams to deliver results on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
  • Prepare project reports and updates for management
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred

Work Setup: Hybrid (primarily work from home, with occasional face-to-face meetings)

Location Preference: Iloilo or nearby provinces

Schedule: Full-time
