Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business users to gather, document, and analyze requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
  • Assess the feasibility, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions and recommend system changes accordingly.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, infrastructure teams, and other IT professionals to implement solutions.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, and troubleshoot issues post-deployment.
  • Maintain system documentation, data flow diagrams, and user manuals for reference and compliance.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that solutions meet information security, data privacy, and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend tools that can enhance system performance.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT to foster understanding and facilitate communication.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis

  • At least 1 completed implementation of Power Apps project references

  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.
  • Proficiency in writing use cases, workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and querying (e.g., SQL).
  • Basic knowledge of programming concepts and integration methods (e.g., APIs, web services).
  • Experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy principles as they relate to system implementation.
