Job Summary:

The Support Team Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights, maintain accurate reporting systems, and ensure data-driven support for business and performance growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support business teams by providing accurate and timely data analysis for decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop data solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis or a related support function.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
