We are looking for a Business Analysts to join our team at various levels (Junior, Mid-Level, Senior). The ideal candidate will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, driving process improvements, and delivering business solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with business goals. Depending on experience, the individual will take on varying levels of responsibility, from supporting senior team members to leading complex initiatives. Qualifications Junior : 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a focus on learning and supporting project work. Mid-Level : 2-5 years of experience, with a proven track record of managing business requirements, process analysis, and project delivery. Senior : 5+ years of experience in leading business analysis efforts, driving business strategies, and managing large-scale projects. Okay to work onsite for Makati, Taguig or Ortigas area. Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Analyze business processes : Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Develop and maintain documentation : Create and update business process flows, user stories, and technical specifications. Facilitate communication : Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding. Support project delivery : Contribute to project planning, tracking, and execution. Support the development of test cases and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide recommendations : Suggest process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency. Ensure alignment with business objectives : Ensure that solutions and initiatives support strategic business goals and meet stakeholder expectations. Mentor and support team members (Senior only) : Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
