As a Legal Privacy Technology Analyst, you will help safeguard data privacy by integrating privacy controls and compliance solutions into the company's technology systems. You'll work closely with Legal, IT, and Security teams to assess privacy risks, support privacy-by-design initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance through technical implementation and ongoing monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in deploying and configuring privacy-enhancing technologies and integrating privacy requirements into systems.
  • Monitor tools for data subject requests, consent management, and preference centers to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct privacy and data protection impact assessments (PIA/DPIA) and escalate risks as needed.
  • Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and maintain accurate data flow documentation.
  • Provide technical privacy guidance, assist with training, and stay updated on emerging privacy technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Legal teams to align privacy processes with company standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of user access recertifications and compliance with frameworks such as SOX, PCI, HIPAA, and PII.

Job Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years in IT, data governance, or a related compliance field.
  • Knowledge: Familiar with privacy regulations and compliance standards (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, PII).
  • Certifications (preferred): CIPP/US, CIPT, or CIPM.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Plus: Experience in identity and access management or audit and data security operations.
  • Other Requirements: Must be open to onsite work, night shift, and shifting schedules as required by business operations.
