About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Purchasing professional to join our dynamic team at Golden Tree Restaurant and Services Inc.'. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement of goods and services to support the efficient operations of our restaurant and services business in Lipa City Batangas.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and source high-quality suppliers and vendors to meet the company's purchasing needs
  2. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms and pricing
  3. Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment
  4. Maintain and update the company's vendor database and purchasing records
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate purchasing requirements
  6. Monitor and analyse purchasing trends and metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  2. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven track record of securing favourable deals
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  4. Proficient in data analysis and report generation to support informed decision-making
  5. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  6. Familiarity with relevant procurement regulations and best practices
