Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Vikings Group of Companies in ASEANA, Parañaque. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for recruiting, conducting interviews, overseeing hiring processes, and maintaining effective communication with candidates.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge in recruitment, interview, and hiring process
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must be amenable to work in ASEANA, Paranaque
