Join Avon as a Category Marketing Specialist – Philippines

What you'll be doing:

As a Category & Innovation Specialist for Jewelry, Watches and Home at Avon, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of one of our exciting product categories. You'll help bring new products to life, from concept to launch, ensuring they align with market trends and deliver real value to our representatives and customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—from supply chain and sales to creative and PR—to drive campaign energy, support omnichannel strategies, and ensure every launch is impactful and on time. Your insights will help guide pricing, merchandising, and performance strategies that support our growth and brand goals.

What you'll be working on:

  • Supporting the development and execution of category and brand strategies
  • Assisting in new product development and innovation planning
  • Managing campaign themes, creative briefs, and performance KPIs
  • Driving e-commerce and omnichannel marketing initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform decisions
  • Preparing reports, sales analytics, and product performance reviews

What we're looking for:

  • A passion for marketing and a strong sense of current trends
  • Experience in campaign planning, product development, or category management
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in the beauty or FMCG industry is a plus, but not required
