Marketing Category & Innovation Specialist – Join the Avon Marketing Team

What you'll be doing:

As a Category & Innovation Specialist at Avon, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across both digital and physical channels. You'll support the execution of category strategies, help drive product innovation, and contribute to omnichannel campaigns that connect with our customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you'll help ensure our products are available, our messaging is consistent, and our strategies are aligned with what our customers want and need.

What you'll be working on:

  • Supporting the rollout of category strategies across retail, e-commerce, mobile, and in-store platforms
  • Assisting in the development of new product ideas and innovation initiatives
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Helping track performance metrics like sales, market share, and customer engagement
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, digital, creative, supply chain) and external partners
  • Gathering and analyzing consumer insights to refine strategies
  • Supporting budget tracking and ROI analysis for marketing activities

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, category management, or brand support
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and campaign execution
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Creative thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
  • Proficiency in market research and consumer insights gathering, including focus groups, surveys, and data analytics
  • Interest in industry trends like sustainability, personalization, and tech-driven solutions
