About Our Client
A Philippine-based e-commerce aggregator that either builds new direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands or acquires and grows existing ones.

Job Description

  • Lead the overall business performance of assigned categories and brands, including P&L ownership.
  • Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: from assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and inventory to sell-out execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure category objectives are met.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
  • Build strong relationships with brand principals and key retail partners, ensuring alignment on business goals and initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and recommend actionable insights for pricing, positioning, and marketing.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in category management, brand management, or trade marketing-preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset; comfortable working with data and market insights.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
