We are seeking a strategic and design-minded leader to oversee Category, Merchandising, and Retail Buying — shaping product curation, pricing strategy, and in-store experience across our growing lifestyle portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead category strategy, product curation, and retail assortment planning.
  • Drive buying and supplier negotiations to ensure quality, value, and alignment with brand identity.
  • Oversee merchandising standards and visual presentation to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform product and pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Operations to deliver consistent, high-impact retail stories.

  • Senior professional with experience in buying, category management, or merchandising for lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or wellness retail.
  • Strong commercial and aesthetic sense — equally analytical and creative.
