As a Site Assessor, you'll be responsible of the following:

  • Promote the company's brand and its franchising business to the market sales call and deck presentation
  • Franchising industry experience is required for this role
  • Prepare P&L report
  • Advanced expertise in financial analysis skills is required for P&L preparation
  • Site Acquisition and traffic guidance scheme.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand client requirements, identify market trends and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Gather, investigate, and summarise market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implement new sales plans and advertising.
  • Maintain relationships with important clients by building rapport, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.
  • Examine risks and potentials for business opportunities.

  • Estimate partners' needs and goals.

  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements.

  • Develop and negotiate contracts; and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protect the organisation's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhance the organisation's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Act as liaison between Franchisee and Management.
  • Aim to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation.
  • Provide oversight of all operational outlets.
  • Ensure all Franchisee outlets comply with Standard Policies and Procedures.
  • Onboard new franchisees and assist through branch opening.
  • Conduct after sales meetings with franchisees to ensure a good working relationship.
  • Perform other task or duties assigned by the management.
  • 3-5 years of business development or sales experience is required
