ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Radiance Solar Solutions Inc. was established in 2020. We are the general contractor, dealing primarily on managing full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects and providing solar energy services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To perform tasks assigned for large scale solar projects, commercial, industrial, and residential rooftops projects especially on civil drawings and documents.
  • Manage projects through design and construction, including RFI response, reviews, and meetings.
  • Coordinate with Site Assessors, Project Management Team to complete designs, while meeting the customer's expectations with strict deadlines.
  • Communicate with local government units to ensure design meets all the necessary requirements.
  • Manage client relationships and project portfolios.
  • Work in a global team with good communication skills to provide technical support for projects.
  • Provide assistance during project implementation to ensure that the construction work conforms with the approved detailed engineering design.
  • Estimating project cost, preparing bids and proposals, and monitoring project expenses throughout the construction process.
  • Analyze site data, review survey reports, maps, and other relevant data for project planning
  • Design infrastructure- Create detailed designs for roads, drainage systems, site levelling, and other civil structures using Civil 3D software.
  • Conducts site visits and fulfils other responsibilities assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have at least 1-2 years experience as Civil Design Engineer in a Solar Industry
  • Willing to be assigned on-site in Makati City
  • Preferably can start as soon as possible
