Site Assessor

As a Site Assessor, you'll be responsible of the following:

• Conduct site acquisition assessments and provide traffic guidance schemes.
• Onboard new franchisees and support them through branch opening.
• Ensure franchisee outlets comply with standard policies and procedures.
• Provide oversight and support for operational franchise outlets.
• Act as a liaison between franchisees and management.
• Conduct after-sales meetings with franchisees to maintain strong working relationships.
• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and perform advanced financial analysis.
• Screen and analyze potential business deals, including market strategies, financials, and deal requirements.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities for new business initiatives.
• Assess new venture alignment with company strategy and operations.
• Promote the company's brand and franchising business through market sales calls and deck presentations.
• Research and analyze market trends and client requirements to support marketing strategy and suggest system improvements.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and identifying new marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate and close new business deals, including negotiation and contract integration.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Provide excellent customer service and help promote this culture across the organization.
• Represent the company professionally and explore opportunities to add value to operations.
• Perform other tasks or duties assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
