The Documentation Assistant will play a crucial role in bolstering PYLON's Group position in its open tax assessment.

This position ensures that all source documents that will substantiate the Group's recorded transactions especially claimed expenses, tax credits, input taxes, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Source Documents Retrieval a. Secure / Retrieve the source documents based on the schedule provided by Accounts Payable / Tax Compliance Specialist or Supervisor.

b. Validation of the source documents retrieved if compliant with existing and current invoicing requirements as mandated in newly issued revenue issuances. c. Maintain soft and hard copies of every source document retrieved.

2. Documentation, Reporting, and Internal Controls: a. Creation of a file / folder on where soft copies of retrieve documents will be stored using the naming conventions as instructed by Accounts Payable / Tax Compliance Specialist or Supervisor. b. Creation of schedules and/or reports using the template provided by Accounts Payable / Tax Compliance Specialist or Supervisor detailing the source documents retrieved. c. Ensure that hard copies of retrieved documents are stored, maintained, and catalogue in an orderly manner to facilitate easier retrieval in case of actual / physical inspection of original source documents.

Qualifications

1. Education and Certifications: College graduates are strongly preferred but undergraduate and/or senior high school if with experience handling source documents (invoices, liquidations, official receipts, etc.) and knowledgeable using Microsoft Applications

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
