Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing day-to-day office support, coordinating with clients, and assisting in operational and marketing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients—handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the preparation, filing, and management of digital and physical documents, reports, and records.
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks such as social media updates and coordination of promotional materials.
  • Work with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Help implement and maintain internal systems that improve workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving, and adaptability in task execution.
  • Able to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast paced setting
