Position Accountability Statement:
The Product Marketing Assistant Manager is accountable for supporting the execution of product marketing strategies and assisting in product launches, marketing campaigns, and data analysis. This role ensures seamless collaboration across teams and provides operational support to drive customer engagement and product growth.
Broad Responsibility Highlights:- Support Strategy Execution: Assist the Product Marketing Manager in executing short- and long-term product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless coordination of marketing activities.
- Go-to-Market Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives and effective communication of product benefits.
- Market Research and Data Insights: Support the collection and analysis of market research, customer feedback, and competitive data to provide actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
- Decision-Making and Problem Solving: Assist in identifying potential challenges or roadblocks in product marketing initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to address them effectively.
- Opportunity and Risk Management: Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities or risks, supporting proactive decision-making to optimize marketing strategies.
- Budget and Financial Oversight: Provide support in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for marketing initiatives and adherence to financial goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across product development, sales, customer service, and digital marketing to ensure alignment in marketing efforts and smooth execution of product marketing plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring alignment and collaboration in the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency in the day-to-day management of marketing tasks, including coordinating timelines, tracking project deliverables, and optimizing marketing workflows.
- Performance Monitoring: Support the monitoring of product performance and marketing campaign success through data tracking, reporting, and analysis, ensuring continuous optimization of marketing efforts.

- Skills: Proficiency in marketing strategies, data analysis, and financial management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
