We're hiring an Internal Support Team - Account Manager to support our growing internal operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured, back-office systems and can manage both people and processes. You'll serve as a point person for client support, operational oversight, and offshore team coordination, all while ensuring our internal databases, reports, and tools are clean, up-to-date, and optimized for scale. What You'll Do:
  • Team & Account Oversight
    • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact between clients and offshore team members
    • Monitor deliverables, flag issues early, and help manage workloads
    • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking of support staff
  • Operations & Reporting
    • Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports using Google Sheets and HubSpot
    • Analyze trends and report on KPIs, delivery gaps, and resource allocation
    • Audit and clean databases to ensure accuracy across tools
  • Administrative Coordination
    • Lead internal initiatives like procurement, documentation, file organization, SOP updates, and client onboarding/offboarding
    • Own the execution of internal process improvements and keep systems aligned with company growth
  • Strategic Problem-Solving
    • Apply strong analytical thinking to suggest improvements, automate bottlenecks, and reduce human error
    • Help bridge client needs with backend support solutions in a scalable way
Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or account management roles
  • Proven experience managing remote teams in an offshore staffing setup
  • Comfortable using HubSpot, Google Sheets, Notion
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Analytical thinker who can interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Bonus: Experience with reporting automation or scaling remote support systems
