Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist (Metro Manila) at TEAM LEWIS. The role supports planning, implementing, and reporting on paid omni-channel digital campaigns across client accounts. The candidate will take a proactive and analytical approach to developing paid digital strategies and campaigns, including channel and audience planning, campaign implementation, optimization for efficiencies, and reporting to internal and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the team with the management of client accounts and projects, providing insightful advice and recommendations on digital tactics and online opportunities based on data.
  • Support client relationships, establishing TEAM LEWIS pulse as a long-term partner for digital communications services; coordinate communication with clients and internal stakeholders and ensure deadlines and service agreements are met.
  • Participate in business development by supporting pitch preparation and research.
  • Develop paid digital strategies and plans across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, programmatic, display, YouTube, SEM, LinkedIn) to meet client objectives.
  • Conduct audience, keyword, and benchmark analysis to support multi-channel campaign planning.
  • Prepare media diaries and creative material specifications; share timelines with creative teams to manage delivery.
  • Prepare ad tracking/serving tags and ensure required pixels are available to clients or teams.
  • Set up campaigns with approved bidding, scheduling, budget, targeting, and other strategies; ensure creatives, URLs, and ad tracking are implemented accurately.
  • Optimize campaigns across multiple channels based on performance and frequency metrics; coordinate with creative/content teams to develop and iterate ad copy and creative.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and propose corrective actions; identify growth and scale opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate budget tracking and flag potential under- or overspending to the account lead.
  • Stay abreast of digital trends, maintain vendor relationships, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Work with analytics to ensure accurate data in reports and dashboards; develop campaign reports and provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign performance to internal and client stakeholders in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a digital media agency or in-house with experience executing paid digital campaigns (paid social, paid search, display).
  • Hands-on experience with self-service bid-based platforms and confidence in performance media activation.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is advantageous.
  • Strong interest in the fast-changing world of performance and digital marketing.
  • Ability to understand client business issues and how to support them.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize; acute attention to detail and ability to manage campaign data.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to be agile and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven competency in managing a varied workload and interacting with mid to senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and an open-minded approach.
