We're Hiring:
Technical Support Engineer Intern

Location:
Makati City

Internship Type:
Mandatory or Voluntary, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for internal IT support requests (hardware, software, network)
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime
  • Help install and configure systems, applications, and networks
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and network performance
  • Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and IT processes
  • Support IT asset tracking and inventory management
  • Learn and assist in training employees on new software or hardware

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools or IT asset management is a plus
