Key Responsibilities

  • Handling and maintaining the inventory records including stock levels, pricing, and related database updates
  • Assisting technicians in identifying the correct parts, providing information, and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborating with the sales and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Effectively communicating with internal teams (like service departments).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and work within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • This position may require heavy lifting and manual handling of parts and equipment
  • Understanding of parts and components related to the specific industry ( automotive and manufacturing).
  • Proficiency in managing and tracking inventory, often using computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers and resolve issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to parts sourcing, inventory, or customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,500.00 per month
