The Operations Excellence Specialist is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, interpretation, and management of transport operations data to drive efficiency and performance improvements. It involves developing and maintaining databases, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics; monitoring and updating reports for accuracy; automating manual reporting processes; and providing training to end-users on data tools and processes. The position also supports special projects, resolves database and reporting issues, integrates technology solutions, and implements continuous improvements in data management and analysis to support informed decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate for the role must have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with proven experience in data analysis. Candidates must be proficient in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management principles is an advantage.
