Job Summary:

As a Barista/Team Member, you will play an integral role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, with precision and care.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in making beverage choices.
  • Operate coffee brewing equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Assist with inventory management and product stocking as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (or in progress).
  • Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for coffee and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Will be assigned at Cafe Barbera, SM North The Block

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
