THE ROLE
About the Role
Fig Advisory is seeking an Operations Manager to work directly alongside our CEO, learning the business from the ground up while driving operational excellence across our outsourcing and consulting operations. This is a unique opportunity to shadow leadership while taking ownership of real business challenges that impact our Australian clients.
You'll be the CEO's right hand - solving problems, identifying opportunities, and building the systems that fuel our growth.
This is NOT an admin role.
This is for someone with fire in their belly, ready to grow into a senior operator - fast.
You'll be mentored by a solid operations leadership team, and expected to solve, support, and scale.
- Shadow the CEO - learn strategic decision-making while executing tactical solutions that drive business results
- Problem-solve everything - from client escalations to operational bottlenecks, you'll tackle challenges others avoid
- Drive business development - identify new opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to revenue growth
- Lead by example - mentor team members while demonstrating our core values of discipline, hunger, and ownership
- Optimize operations - streamline processes, eliminate waste, and build scalable systems for growth
- Manage stakeholder relationships - interface with clients, team members, and external partners as the CEO's representative
- Take initiative - see problems before they become crises and implement solutions without being asked

- Support the CEO with daily execution, strategy implementation, and business-wide decisions
- Help run and elevate internal operations, ensuring performance and accountability
- Be the bridge between strategy and action, across client ops, delivery, and team support
- Engage in high-level reporting, documentation, and execution
- Learn from an elite ops team that will mentor you, stretch you, and back you
- Be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks
