As the Senior Restaurant Manager at The Moment Group, you will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operations of one of our premier hospitality venues in. This full-time role is crucial to ensuring our guests receive an exceptional dining and entertainment experience every visit. With a strong focus on operational excellence, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver outstanding service and elevate our brand within the local community.

Job Description:

  • ⁠Knows how to do Profit & Loss (P&L)
  • ⁠Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
  • Knows how to do a presentation.
  • ⁠Strong attention to detail and able to multitask.
  • Performing regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
  • Making sure that the company has sufficient resources, such as personnel, material, and equipment.
  • Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
  • ⁠Recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
  • ⁠Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation.

Minimum qualifications:

  • College graduate with a degree in any field.
  • Has an analytical mind.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Detailed and desire to probe further into data.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a management position.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities.
