Role Overview

IMAZ Corp., a growing merchandising and e-commerce company, is seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Sales Coordinator to own and manage our online sales channels and digital retail presence. This role drives growth across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms by handling product listings, campaigns, stock management, and affiliate programs. The position also involves managing product data and item creation in Zoho to ensure seamless integration between inventory and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
  • Create and maintain product listings, including descriptions, photos, SEO, and pricing.
  • Execute online sales operations such as promo campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and flash sales.
  • Oversee affiliate and influencer programs: onboarding, issuing codes, and tracking performance.
  • Support digital marketing through basic content creation (captions, scheduling, campaign briefs)
  • Track and report on e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, reviews, return rates).
  • Handle escalated customer service cases from online sales channels.
  • Manage Zoho responsibilities: create/manage Item Masters (SKUs, barcodes, attributes), sync inventory, allocate stock, and monitor sell-through.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce management (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or equivalent).
  • Strong skills in product content management and online sales operations.
  • Basic content creation skills (Canva, photo editing, short video editing).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Inventory/Commerce (or similar systems) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
