E-commerce Sales Representative Job Overview:

Manage and grow sales across Lazada, Shopee, and reseller channels by optimizing product listings, executing campaigns, and building strong client relationships. This role includes meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer support. as well as handling outbound tele sales to acquire and support corporate and direct client

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize online stores on Lazada and Shopee.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers.
  • Respond promptly to customer and reseller inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Track and report sales performance with actionable insights.
  • Live sell products through TikTok live, and other social media mediums
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to target corporate clients, SMEs, and other B2B prospects.
  • Present tailored solutions (e.g., GPS tracking systems, fleet management tools) to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to support sales efforts.
  • Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging promotional materials.
