Compliance Officer

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience as regulatory compliance, government documentation, or a similar administrative role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes, particularly in areas such as business permits, vehicle registration, environmental and building compliance, and company insurance.
- Familiarity with legal documents such as lease agreements, memorandums of agreement, and other business contracts is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to adhere to filing schedules and regulatory deadlines.
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to interpret government regulations and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for liaising with internal departments, government agencies, and external partners.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Ability to conduct internal audits and identify compliance risks.
- Adaptable and proactive in staying updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Willing to perform other related tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
1.Monitor and secure Business Permit regulatory requirements on registration, accreditations and permits
2. Adhere to filing schedules of registrations, accreditations and permits (Vehicle Registration, DA Accreditation, Business Permit Related, Environmental Compliance Certificate-Related, Building Permit Related and all other relevant regulatory permits.)3. Facilitate filing of company insurances (New/Renewals/Claims).
4. Ensure proper coordination and reporting to the Compliance Supervisor pertaining to regulatory government document filing.
5. Use routine audits to identify potential compliance risk.
6. Research about regulatory practices, assessing the company's compliance with all laws and regulations.
7. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes.
8. Review drafts of Lease of contracts, Memorandum of Agreement or any other legal documents.
9. Collaborate with other external contacts to directly resolve issues that may hamper business processes.
10. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
